Asus had already presented its acoustic flagship, NX90, at the Cebit The incher is the avant-garde of the N series, which ranges from 14 inches (N43) over inches (N53) up to inches (N73). According to Asus, all devices labeled with SonicMaster have top-quality sound equipment with an 11 watt amplifier (three watts are standard). The membrane's size varies depending on the form factor.

We could, once again, convince ourselves of the NX90's sound (speakers on the TFT's sides), and also that of the inchers, N73 (speakers beneath the TFT) at the presentation. In particular, the NX90 provides an impressive, crystal clear (vocals), loud and surround sound. The N73 also supplies an above average sound, but doesn't come close to the SoundMaster in NX

Internal Modems with linux support - Conexant HSFi CX

Ever since we started our pc sales and services division we have been trying to get a system with Hardware Linux Cherry (not verified) access_time 21 Oct - Is that true ? Are there many people who still use modems to dialup internet ? I was thinking of helping out with some limited internal modem support for NetBSD, but wasn’t sure what the user base is like. Anoop John (not verified) access_time 21 Oct - Yes I have come across quite a few customers who still use dialup as the only means of accessing net. For people who just use internet to check mail, dialup is the cheapest way to go. shankar (not verified) access_time 21 Oct - I have read your above article. I have the same problem. I want to use the new Bharatiya Operating System Solution (BOSS) which is linux based. My dial up modem of D-Link is not detected in linux/BOSS neither I can get a driver for linux. D-Link company have informed that they do not have any modem supporting linux. Please inform whether you can send it by post, cost and methods available for payment. regards, shankar 2
